The Life and Society Department and the Moral, Civic, and National Education Committee of our school have jointly arranged a guided tour of the Legislative Council Complex for our S2 students on 27 March 2024. Under the guidance of the staff from the Legislative Council Secretariat, students visited various facilities in the Complex. Additionally, they observed a meeting at the Public Gallery of the Chamber and gained firsthand experience of how Legislative Council members deliberate on a bill. This visit provided the students with an unforgettable learning experience, enhancing their understanding of the law-making process and the functions of the Legislative Council.
