National Intangible Cultural Heritage: Quanzhen Daoist Ritual Music and Guqin Art. On 5 March 2026, five Student Campus Ambassadors for the Constitution and the Basic Law visited the Fung Ying Seen Koon in Fanling to participate in the "Exploring the Treasures of Intangible Cultural Heritage Workshop." During the event, the docent guided students in understanding the rhythmic characteristics of Quanzhen Daoist ritual music, the coordination of ritual instruments, and its role in cultural and community heritage. Through hands-on experience in guqin crafting, students learned the fundamental process of making a guqin, from material selection to stringing and tuning. This allowed them to appreciate the value of intangible cultural heritage from both musical and craftsmanship perspectives.
