The 50th Anniversary Thanksgiving Service cum Open Days was successfully held on 21 Nov and 22 Nov 2025. First, on 21 Nov 2025, the 50th Anniversary Thanksgiving Service took place at MST, featuring the presence of the Right Reverend Dr. Timothy Chi-pei Kwok. Following his inspiring words, the opening of the new STEAM Hub was a significant highlight. The STEAM Hub will serve as a base for MST's performing arts, science, technology, and AI education, providing brand new learning experiences for our students.

After that, the Open Days kicked off with heartfelt speeches from our distinguished guest, Ms. Siow Ying Hung Bonnie, Chief School Development Officer of Tai Po, and our principal, Ms. Wong Lee Lee. Subsequent music and dance performances enlivened the atmosphere of this joyous occasion. Meanwhile, student helpers offstage performed exceptionally, offering warm hospitality and working tirelessly at game booths and throughout the campus, striving to ensure the seamless running of the event.

While students endeavored to provide the best experience for guests, the Open Days showcased the strong camaraderie of the school community, with generations of MSTeers returning to their alma mater to reunite with staff and schoolmates. Alumni reminisced about their fond memories on campus, retired staff members reunited with their former colleagues and students, and current students thoroughly enjoyed themselves at various game stations, creating a congenial ambiance that exemplified the close-knit connection of the MST community. This milestone highlights not only the solid bond among MSTeers but also marks the beginning of even more fruitful years ahead.

We hope everyone had a lovely time at the celebration, and we look forward to creating more sweet memories together in the future—echoing the theme of the 50th anniversary slogan: “In Grace we Grow, With Strength we Soar.”
