To ensure a positive transition into the new academic year, the school's Counselling and Guidance committee collaborated with Suicide Prevention Services (生命熱線)to host the "Back-to-School Cheering Station" on September 5, 2025.
The event was designed to promote mental wellness and provide students with tools for managing stress. An interactive "Expression Board" invited students to share their thoughts and feelings about the new semester, while informative displays offered practical stress-management tips. These features successfully captured the interest of participants and sparked important conversations about mental health. To add a touch of fun, snacks like popcorn and cotton candy were also distributed.
With over 200 students and teachers joining in, the atmosphere was filled with warmth and encouragement. The "Cheering Station" was the perfect pause in a busy week, allowing everyone to recharge, connect, and be reminded of the strong, supportive community we have at our school.
