To broaden the horizons and facilitate career exploration for our senior students, the Careers Guidance Committee launched the “MST Mentorship Programme”. This programme aims to connect our students with alumni to foster meaningful relationships, through which students can gain insights into the workplace, acquire essential skills for future careers, and ultimately enhance their career development and life planning.

In the 2023-2024 academic year, five mentors shared their career experiences and life lessons with nine mentees at various gatherings, offering valuable advice for their personal growth. The mentees, in turn, benefited greatly from their mentors' guidance and support.

For the second year of the programme, the Committee has invited sixteen alumni from diverse professional backgrounds to serve as mentors, and they have been paired with twenty-nine senior secondary students. With their rich industry knowledge and experience, we are confident that all participants will be inspired to gain a deeper understanding of the working world and make informed decisions about their future.

The Closing Ceremony of the 2023-2024 MST Mentorship Program and the Kickoff of the 2024-2025 Program were held on 11 Jan 2025. Mentors shared their valuable insights and offered words of encouragement to the students. We extend our sincere gratitude to all mentors for their unwavering support and generous contributions. Their guidance surely empowers our senior students to pursue their aspirations with confidence and determination, upholding the esteemed legacy of MST!
