On 8 November 2024, five "Constitution and Basic Law Ambassadors" from our school participated in the Astronomy Workshop “Exploring the Universe with a Telescope”（「巨鏡‧探‧穹蒼」）organized by the Education Bureau. They visited the " Ho Koon Natural Education cum Astronomical Centre Sponsored by Sik Sik Yuen" to explore the mysteries of the Galaxy.

During the event, students not only crafted tools such as sundials, telescopes, and planisphere, but also learned how to use filters and telescopes to observe the sunset. Lying under the canopy, they familiarized themselves with the names and positions of different planets and had the opportunity to operate telescopes to observe the Moon and Jupiter. This activity enhanced the students' interest in astronomy and celestial phenomena, deepened their understanding of the development of Chinese astronomy, and fostered a sense of pride in our nation.
