On 15 May 2024, the Moral, Civil and National Education Committee successfully organized the ‘Wan Chai Heritage Preservation Tour’. During this event, teachers and students first visited the Blue House Cluster to gain a deeper understanding of its history and conservation significance. Subsequently, they wandered through the old town area of Wan Chai, guided by experts, to learn about the development of various conservation projects and the daily lives of residents.

This excursion not only deepened students' awareness of local culture but also exposed them to different conservation approaches. Furthermore, students gained an appreciation for the challenges involved in striking a balance between preserving historical heritage and driving social progress. The entire activity proved highly beneficial for the students, fostering a more profound understanding of cultural conservation.
